When are the jackpots drawn?
Each jackpot is drawn automatically the moment its countdown reaches zero. At the time of writing, the Daily closes at 7pm UK time (8pm in summer), the Weekly closes at midnight on Friday night, and the Monthly closes as the 25th of each month begins. The countdown on each jackpot card is the final word.
Draw times are set in UTC, so the UK clock time shifts by an hour when the clocks change. A ticket counts if it is earned before the close; anything later goes into the next round.
What are the odds of winning a MrRaffle jackpot?
Your odds are the number of tickets you hold divided by the total tickets in that round. Unlike an instant win game, a jackpot has no fixed "1 in X" set in advance, because the total depends on how many tickets are earned before the close. Each jackpot card shows how many tickets are in the current round.

Your entry must include:
- The competition name (for example, "Weekly Jackpot").
- Your full name.
- Your address.
- A contact phone number and email address, matching your MrRaffle account.

The rules that trip people up: one entry per envelope (bulk entries count as one), no hand delivery, and the entry must arrive before the round closes. Proof of posting is not proof of entry, no acknowledgement is sent, and if a draw's entry cap is reached first the free entry is not entered.

Are MrRaffle jackpot winnings taxed?
No. Jackpot prizes are paid as tax-free cash. In the UK, individuals do not pay Income Tax on prize or lottery wins, and HMRC treats winnings from lotteries and games with prizes as outside Capital Gains Tax. Interest earned later on money you save is taxed in the normal way.
Can I buy jackpot tickets without playing an instant win game?
