There is no limit on the number of free entries you may submit per draw within the published terms. Postal entrants do not receive a confirmation email, but the entry is logged for audit.

Yes. Every valid entry, paid or postal, is treated identically by the draw. The winning ticket is selected at random from the combined pool, with the same probability per ticket regardless of how it was entered.

For example: a single ticket in a 3,000-ticket raffle gives 1-in-3,000 odds (0.033%); 10 tickets makes it 1-in-300 (0.33%); if only 2,500 of the 3,000 tickets sell before the draw closes, a single ticket's odds improve to 1-in-2,500. The maximum ticket count is shown on every raffle page, so you always see worst-case odds before entering.

After we contact you about a physical prize win, log into your shipping settings and confirm your address within 30 days. The prize is then dispatched brand-new from an authorised UK retailer within 5 to 7 working days, with UK delivery typically taking a further 3 to 5 working days. You receive tracking details by email when the item ships.

Yes, most physical prizes can be exchanged for their cash equivalent value. Open the prize in your Boxes inventory, choose Exchange for Cash, and the amount is credited to your in-app wallet within seconds. Some headline prizes (for example dealer-supplied cars or restricted-stock items) may have a cap on cash exchange, which is published on the competition page before you enter.

We make reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the phone and email details on your account, so it is important these are kept up to date. If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the draw close, we may select a replacement winner from the same pool, in line with our published competition terms. Cash credited automatically to your wallet does not expire.

Yes. Once a prize has been awarded to you, it becomes your property. You may use it, keep it, gift it or sell it as you choose.

Cash winnings sit in your in-app wallet immediately after a result is recorded. Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, enter the amount and confirm.
